Terms of Service
This VidHog Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which VidHog ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Uploads
User's are permitted to upload any file as long as it's distribution is not illegal. Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images or videos are also prohibited.
VidHog reserves the right to remove files that break the above term without prior consent
VidHog is entitled to terminate users who repeatedly break the upload terms
Files
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), VidHog will comply with all legal DMCA requests.
VidHog reserves the right to remove files from DMCA request, the reason on the deleted file will simply be "DMCA".
VidHog is entitled to remove files that have not been downloaded after a period of time.
Payments
VidHog entitles users to earn money from their uploads. Any abuse or unnatural ways to earning through this system will result in an immediate ban of the uploader.
VidHog reserves the right to deny any payment if any suspicious activity has occurred on the uploader's files. Payments that have been denied by their choice of payment will be rejected. Contact support for an alternative payment.
Legal
Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, VidHog is under no obligation to become involved.
VidHog is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
VidHog is commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
